Winter Clothing Haul

Hey, friends! With all of the after holiday deals and some Christmas money in my pocket, I could not help but hit up the mall and do a little shopping while I was in New York. Of course, I did not come home empty handed and I can’t say I’m disappointed about it. So today I am sharing my bargain hunting finds with you!

The first store I went to was Aeropostale. Yes, I know what you’re thinking but the whole store was 90% off due to them closing so I was able to find some really good deals on some surprisingly super cute pieces that I found.

I picked up the same turtle neck in three colors. Camel, grey, and maroon. And a simple black mock neck tee. All for $12. Crazy… I know.

Old Navy is always my place to find good deals. Let’s be real, when do I ever got there and leave empty handed. I always go for the clothes with the damaged tags because there at least an additional 50% off the clearance price and their only “damaged” because they were bought online. So yes, I did buy two perfectly good pairs of boyfriend jeans for a total of $12.

A light wash distressed pair and my first pair of dark wash ones. I’m in love.

I had a gift card from Target so these clearance booties ended up only costing me $5 out of my actual pocket. Sam&Libby never disappoints plus it was better than buying more lipstick that I already had three similar shades of.

From Forever 21, a few chokers that sadly were not on any sort of sale. It’s alright though, I have a vision for all of these bad boys.

A light denim one, a dark denim one, and a leather one.

IMG_3492.JPGLastly, the cutest purse ever that my aunt bought me while on vacation. She’s the best and this was on double clearance… SCORE!

Isn’t it so cute, I love the Western-ish look.

Well that’s a wrap for my Winter Haul. I have officially banned myself from shopping until Spring break. We’ll see how well that goes. I really want to get more into styling pieces and start doing more lookbooks because that is what I truly enjoy writing about. So, if you have any questions, comments, or requests please leave them below! Thank you so much for sticking around. With love, McKenz.

Holiday Outfit Ideas

Happy holidays, ladies! I can’t believe that Christmas is less than a week away. I still need to wrap a few gifts, watch a few more Christmas movies, and most importantly.. pick out my outfit for Christmas Eve. I decided to put together a few outfits to share with you all in case you too are having trouble deciding on the perfect outfit for an upcoming holiday party, outing, or dinner with the family!

This first outfit is the dressiest of them all. I paired this silk black shift dress with a red plaid choker that’s perfect for this time of year. It looks too cute with my red TOM wedges and pulls the outfit together so nicely. A bright red lip will make this look even more festive!

Outfit Details- dress: H&M, choker: Forever 21, heels: TOM, watch: Kohls

Some pattern pants are always a good way to go for the holidays, they are perfect for the guys too. Check out Bonobos menswear here. I paired this creme tank with my polka-dotted pixie pants from Old Navy. They are perfect for church. I tied the look together with my lace up heels and a bold red lip.

Outfit Details- tank: TJ Maxx, pants: Old Navy, heels: DSW, watch: Kohls

For the more casual occasion I have paired my maroon cowel neck sweater with some flared jeans for a fancier feel and my maroon booties. Throw on a cute cross body purse and you are good to go for the evening.

Outfit Details- sweater: TJ Maxx, jeans: Gap, booties: Old Navy, purse: Gap, watch: Kohls

Which outfit was your favorite?! Let me know in the comments below along with any questions, comments, or requests you may have. If you’re still looking for some ideas be sure to stay on the lookout for a few more ideas coming your way Friday. Thank you all so much for reading. Have a great day. With love, McKenz.

Collective Haul

Lately it seems like every weekend I find some treasure that I insist I must have. Almost always it’s a piece of clothing or a new makeup product. As I was cleaning my room I realized that over the last few weeks I have collected the perfect amount for a haul on the blog. These are some of my favorite posts to read because I love seeing what everyone has been picking up recently. Anyways, without further ado, let’s get on into it.

On the left is my new poncho/cape/sweater?! Not exactly sure what it’s called but it’s from TJ Maxx and absolutely to die for, it’s so soft and so in style at the moment! I’m wearing a size small and it was $25.00. Another TJ Maxx steal of a deal was this overused bomber jacket! I have been eyeing bombers for quite some time now and when I saw this one was on clearance for under $15 I knew I needed it!

On the left are another TJ Maxx pick up. They are fake Yeezys! I’m all for a cheap knock off and these shoes were so affordable and comfortable that I had to pick them up. Talk about stylish for those chill days spent running errands! On the right I have a poncho that I picked up from you won’t believe where…. AC Moore!! Crazy to find at a craft score I know! It’s so soft and the colors are gorgeous.

Processed with VSCO with a5 preset*I also have gotten my JORD Watch in the mail this past week. I chose the color Frankie 35 Zebrawood and Navy and am so in love with it. I will be styling it with some Fall outfits soon.*

CVS has been breaking my bank recently. Madison and I are obsessed with the NYX Lingerie Lipsticks so we bought three more in the colors Corset, Embellishment, and Ruffle Trim. I also picked up a NYX Lipliner in the color Vanilla Sky. I also got two lipsticks from Wet N Wild in the colors Mocha-licious and Cashmere.

IMG_1169.JPGI also picked up a new Maybelline Color Tattoo in the color Barely Branded, it;s my absolute holy grail makeup product. I also got the gel eyeliner from ELF.

Well, that’s it for todays haul. Please note I am not trying to brag or show off in any way, shape, or form. If you have any questions, comments, or requests please leave them below. Thank you so much for reading; I hope you have a fabulous day. With love, McKenz
