Natural Makeup Look for the Everyday Girl

It’s not often that I wear makeup and keep it super simple but lately I have really felt like keeping things minimal. Mostly because it’s winter break and I like to give my skin more of a break compared too usual. Anyways, here’s a super simple yet stunning makeup look.

Processed with VSCO with a5 presetTo begin I am moisturizing my face with the Cetaphil Face Moisturizer. This step is super important now that we are knee deep in Winter. Keep your skin hydrated by moisturizing and drinking lots of water. I am then priming my face with the Elf Mineralized Face Primer (only $3). This is sure to keep your makeup from sliding around and lasting even longer. I am then going ahead and priming my lids while I am at to keep my shadows from creasing and reaching their full pigmentation.

I am then going in with the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder and setting my foundation. This will fully enhance the foundation and keep it matte all day. As far as concealer goes, I am just taking a bit of the NYX HD Concealer and applying this under my eyes and then setting that with the shade ‘Banana’ from my Anastasia Contour Kit. I don’t want too harsh of a contour, just a light sun kissed bronze yet still the slimming qualities contouring provides. So I am taking the Lumene Bronzer and bronzing my cheek bones and temples to warm the look up and then contouring my nose. As you can tell face makeup can completely transform you face. Not that anyone’s face needs ‘transforming’.

I applied a few coats of the Maybelline Great Lash Mascara to my upper and lower lashes to create an intense effect that really opened up my eyes. I am then filling and shaping my brows with the Anastasia Dip Brow in the lightest shade ‘light blonde’.

And last but not least I am applying the NYX Lingerie Lipstick in ‘Corset’. Their lip products are amazing all around and I would definitely recommend their Lingerie line.
